Venue Hire

The spectacular showgrounds are located at the southern entrance to Clare. The Clare A&H Society is run by a small and hard working group of volunteers, who take great pride in being the current custodians of the grounds and the collection of historical and unique buildings, which are available for hire.

Our venue’s we have available:

$750/day | $750 Bond

If you are looking for a huge floor space, look no further! Terrific for larger events such as weddings, sporting club events and reunion shows.

$1500/day | $1000 Bond

A beautiful historic building with its spectacular red brick floor and barn doors. A fully functioning kitchen is attached and white Americana folding wedding chairs and round tables to seat ten are also available to hire.

$500/day | $500 bond

Located amongst the towering and ancient gums at the northern end of the show grounds, this is the perfect venue for an outdoor wedding or birthday celebration, it has a kitchen facities, refridgeration and a fantastic outside bar.

$250/day | $250 bond

Fully functional kitchen located in the Red Brick Pavilion.

$300/day | $300 bond

$650/day | $650 bond

Currently used for horse events and car swap meets, this is a great open space

$3000/day | $1000 bond

Previously used by groups for geocaching and swap meets. The possibilities are endless!

$100/day | $100 bond

Historic Secretary’s Office, the heart of the Clare A & H Society. Facilities include a conference room, reception area, kitchenette and bathroom.

Hiring Manager - Sam Hull

To hire a venue please fill out the form below or download the hire permit here and return to Sam as soon as possible. 

Please note:

  • An invoice will be emailed for the bond payable once the application has been accepted by the Hiring Manager. 100% of the total hire fee will be required 14 days prior to the event.
  • Upon return of the hire agreement, access times and exit times will be discussed with the Hiring Manager prior to the date of hire.
  • A Liquor Licence is required if alcohol is to be sold or there is an admission fee.
